With this pared-down approach our team delivers the resources to help you lead your organization through our processes, making an Enterprise Risk program more accessible for smaller entities.

What to Expect:

​

• We'll start this engagement by delivering a start-up package to introduce our ProVenture team and our Enterprise Risk assessment, action plan and expected outcomes.

• We will set-up your Executive Director and senior teams with instructions and timely support.

• We will facilitate and distribute a 'landscape' exercise for up to 10 people in the organization to gather input. This is meant to provide inclusive insight that helps us to assess the risks to your organization. The feedback is collected anonymously and gathered by the ProVenture team to encourage honest and inclusive insight from your staff and volunteers.

• This input is synthesized into a list of ten major impact risks for the organization. The risk list will be used to facilitate a risk-ranking survey, distributed to all participants.

• The final output of this exercise is a list of ranked risks with custom templates and management steps for each risk. This is presented to the Executive Director/team at the conclusion of the engagement.

• This engagement will ultimately equip your team for great conversation and informed insight to create opportunity for your organization!
